Overview: Tri-Fusion allows members to do clinics of interest with a support of a $50 voucher from the club!

Purpose of Clinic Policy:

1. Allow members a meaningful learning opportunity.

2. Reward members for setting up events that are worthwhile for them.

3. Get other members involved and active.

4. Keep activity up on the forum and gallery.

Procedure to Set Up a Clinic:

1. Fill out the Tri Fusion Clinic form here.

2. Submit the form for approval (24 hour turn around). Almost any idea will work, we just have to make sure the clinic doesn’t conflict with services offered by any of our generous sponsors.

3. Post your clinic on the forum and request RSVPs. You need 10 RSVPs a week in advance of the clinic to receive the $50 voucher. If someone contacts you directly, please just post their RSVP for them.

4. At the clinic, before any activity takes place, please have members sign the waiver/sign-in sheet that you can download here.

5. Tri Fusion will write a check directly to the professional putting on the clinic when 1) a minimum of one picture of the event is posted on the gallery and 2) the sign up sheet is returned to our secretary, Jessi Thompson.

6. It is possible and even likely that the participating members will be sent a survey about their satisfaction with the clinic.
